Find out whether the money comes back before you spend it.

Bring up to six people and one of your biggest problems. You leave with one direction the team agrees on and a straight answer on whether to spend money on it.

a dozen AI ideas and no one who can say which to build one AI idea and whether it’s worth the money

Ninety minutes. Up to six people. Remote or in person. Fees shared when we talk.

Non-profit and education rates available.

What happens in the ninety minutes.

Anyone can generate an AI concept in a minute now. Knowing which one is worth building takes the people who’ll have to live with it.

Start with the work, not the technology.

We map how the work gets done today, in the product or the service you brought, and find where it breaks and where the opportunity is.

Match what AI can do to the moments that matter.

Your team matches what AI can actually do to the moments where it would make a real difference. No jargon and no engineers needed.

0:50

Make one concept concrete.

We turn the strongest match into a concept you can see and react to, with a plain check on what stays human and where the risk sits.

Decide whether it’s worth taking further.

If it is, you know the next step. If it isn’t, you found that out in ninety minutes instead of after the money was spent.

What you leave with.

One AI idea the whole team agrees on.

The one your own people picked, with the reasons written down.

Whether your people would use it, or work around it.

It never fails loudly, it gets worked around, and that is what decides the return. Here you find out first, with the people who’d use it.

A straight answer on whether to spend money on it.

Yes, no, or not yet, and what would have to be true to change it.

A decision made with the people who’ll live with it.

They were in the session when it was made, so no one has to be won over afterward.

The research says the same. Firms shown how other firms mapped AI into their work earned 1.9 times the revenue of firms left to find it themselves.

Who runs the session.

I’m Aaron Kennelly. For twenty years I’ve worked on the systems people have to use to do their jobs, mostly at the moment an old one is being replaced and how the work gets done is still open to change. I work on what has to change in and around the product so it works for the people using it and, more importantly, returns the investment.

You leave knowing what’s worth doing, and what isn’t.

Email me a sentence about the problem and I’ll come back with dates. Or just tell me what’s on your mind. Either works.
